Theo & Rosie — Healthy Bonded Senegal Parrot Breeding Pair

Rosie — Female, ~6 Years

Rosie is confident, affectionate and highly people-oriented. She is a talented talker,

speaking several familiar words, including “hello” and “smoothie,” and readily picking up

new sounds. She enjoys coming out of her cage, handling and regular interaction.

Theo — Male, ~7 Years

Theo is a calm, established rescue with a personality of his own. He is not tame and is

not suited to handling. A previous wing injury left him unable to fly, but he remains healthy, active and fully mobile.

An Exceptional Bond

Theo and Rosie came from different backgrounds but formed an extraordinarily close

attachment after being housed together. They have lived peacefully with no fighting or aggression.

Theo has a calming presence around Rosie, while Rosie remains highly social with people.

Because of their bond, separation is not an option.

Health, DNA & Documentation

Both parrots are DNA sexed and health tested, with their available records and documentation

provided to the approved adopter. They are physically capable of breeding; however,

they are being placed as companion parrots, not as a breeding pair.

All available papers and documentation accompany the adoption.

Included With the Pair

Their current large cage and accessories, transport cage, additional spare cage, food cups,

ZuPreem pellets, seed supply, perches, ropes and toys are included.

Adoption

Theo and Rosie are being offered on an adoption basis only to a carefully approved home.

We are particularly interested in finding someone who understands bonded parrots and can

provide them with the stability, attention and long-term care they deserve.
